Junior sous chef required.
MICHELIN & ROSETTE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
5 day working week. No lunch service. Dinner time only operation.
We’re on the hunt for a junior sous chef to join us on a full time basis. As a tasting menu exclusive restaurant the working environment is structured, organised & systematic. We’re looking for a chef to join us who has creative flair, attention to detail & can get stuck in with a small tight knit team.
As junior sous you can look forward to the following:
To work in a well known, growing fine dining restaurant

5 day working week Tuesday - Saturday minimum 50 hour working week dinner service Wednesday - Saturday
Dinner time operation only
The successful Bar Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth bar operation and with clear communication and guest retention attributes.

What we are looking for:
Motivated with a strong sense of initiative
Willingness to learn and develop within the business
Mixology/drinks service experience hugely favorable
30 hour working week
Front of House Team Member:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic front-of-house team member to join us on a part-time basis with 2-4
6 hour, evening only shifts a week.
You'll be dealing with our customers and providing them with a customer experience they will remember. Waiting on tables, clearing tables, serving alcohol, operating the till taking cash and card payments. Experience in a restaurant environment would be ideal, but please apply if not as full training will be given.
All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
