Drinks Pairing Menu

Guy de Chassey Grand Cru Brut, Champagne

Located in the village of Louvois which has 100% Grand Cru status, this finely structured blend has a bit of everything: zesty apple and citrus fruit, balanced by richer, toasted brioche flavours.

Spicy Margarita

Our homemade cocktail with notes of chilli and coriander running through a classic base of tequila and triple sec with a tajin finish.

Gribble Bridge Rose, Kent, UK, 2022

A fresh fruity rose wine from Kent’s oldest family-owned vineyard, a medium – dry balanced wine with fruity notes to finish.

Sancerre de la Grande Maison, France, 2022

This white wine has notes of pink grapefruit with orange and lime, it has a great balance with a beautiful mouthfeel and a long complex but clean finish.

Cote de Nuits-Villages, France, 2018

The nose offers black cherry and wild blackberry with some liquorice notes. There is attractive fruit intensity and structure, chunky tannins enrobed with rounded fruit. A lighter French red with a long sweet and supple finish.

Elysium Black Muscat, USA, 2021

Elysium delivers an aroma of roses accompanied by dark fruit – cherry, strawberry – balanced with fruit acidity to finish clean and pairs perfectly with dessert with red fruit running through them.

Royal Tokayi, Hungary, 2017

Light and fresh on the palate with hints of white peach, the wine is medium sweet with an excellent acid balance, a silky texture and a clean, long, crisp finish.
