125ml Laurent-Perrier Rose Champagne

Aromas of a freshly-picked basket of berry fruits – a symphony of aromas with a gently-rounded, tender finish.

125ml Chablis Domaine Vincent

A perfect expression of the appellation from the family owned Domaine Vincent Dampt. The palate is tangy with crushed sea-shell and stone fruit.

125ml Riesling Domaine Trapet, France

The palate resonates with energy and pure, tangy lemon and lime fruit. Stony minerality adds definition and rigour.

125ml Chateau De Crezancy Sancerre 2019

This is a beautiful expression of crisp citrus and peach flavors heightened by floral notes and balanced by a fine mineral finish.

125ml Pinot Noir, NZ

Deep, dark ruby, with purple flashes. The nose has meaty, dark fruit and some farmyard notes. The palate has plenty of dark berry fruit and some savoury and earthy characters.

50ml Royal Tokaji, Hungary

A medium amber colour with a nose of orange peel, figs and cinnamon. The sugar on the palate is well-balanced by the fine acidity, leading to a clean, refreshing finish.

50ml Elysium Black Muscat, California

A rose-like aroma, very intense on the palate and full of fantastic rich velvety fruit.
