Drinks Pairing Menu

Guy de Chassey Grand Cru Brut, Champagne

Located in the village of Louvois which has 100% Grand Cru status, this finely structured blend has a bit of everything: zesty apple and citrus fruit, balanced by richer, toasted brioche flavours.

Naranjo Torontel Orange Wine, Chile, 2022

This is an aromatic orange wine with notes of honey, orange peel and spices such as cardamon. Refined and lean, it shows a fresh palate, with concentrated and complex flavours..

Sancerre Domaine La Grande Maison

This Chardonnay has a delicately floral and apricoty nose. The palate is soft and gently creamy, combining ripe citrus fruit laced with whipped cream and a beautiful freshness. Subtle and complex, it is Burgundian in style.

Watermelon Cooler

A homemade cocktail using Grey Goose vodka, watermelon and a hint of lime. A light fruity cocktail with fruity notes – not to overpower the sweet and delicate scallop and dashi running across the dish.

Amarone Della Valpolicella, Italy, 2015

Brooding and intense, this stunning Amarone recently won the ultimate 3 bicchieri award
from leading Italian wine publication, Gambero Rosso. Spicy with dark cherry and mocha and light and delicate with fresh spring flavours.

Chateau Briatte, France, 2019

Chateau Briatte is a Sauternes that has rich aromas of honey, quince, apricot, acacia flower and ripe citrus fruits of orange and grapefruit and a palate which is smooth and rich with subtle, balanced acidity that cuts through to the finish.

Elysium Black Muscat, USA, 2021

Elysium delivers an aroma of roses accompanied by dark fruit – cherry, strawberry – balanced with fruit acidity to finish clean and pairs perfectly with dessert with red fruit running through them.
